How can Australia and Europe work together to address climate and environmental challenges? What are the implications of Brexit for the EU-Australia relationship? What role does research and innovation play in the EU-Australia partnership and how might it be enhanced?
These were just some of the topics discussed at the inaugural EU-Australia Leadership Forum held in Sydney in June 2017. The event attracted 50 Emerging Leaders and more than 120 Senior Leaders from across Australia and Europe to exchange their perspectives on shared opportunities and common challenges.
The program comprised an Emerging Leaders’ Forum and a Senior Leaders’ Forum, along with combined plenary discussions and networking activities.
